Checked in expecting a cozy night but found a neglected space. The elevator was quite outdated, and the overall cleanliness just wasn’t up to par. Breakfast service was lacking too. staff seemed more interested in leaving than serving. Choose another spot for a better experience.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The breakfast was exceptional! The staff was not only accommodating but also made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had noticeable cleanliness issues with stains on the floor, which detracted from an overall pleasant experience.

Comfortable but needs TLC
We spent 4 nights and it was chill enough. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was included with decent hot eggs and sausage. The pool was heated, which was awesome! But the floors could’ve used a good scrub – saw some stains that were kinda gross. Overall, just an okay place to crash while in Pueblo.

We had a lovely stay, especially with our newborn! The room was spacious and clean, and the full breakfast made mornings easier. The staff, particularly Beth, made us feel welcomed and were very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed.
In my wife’s opinion, a pool would be great for families.

Had a great stay as a couple! Mariah at the front desk was a gem, super helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice spot to relax, and the room was clean and spacious, perfect for unwinding after exploring the local eats like Habaneross and Village Inn.
However, the hallway had a bit of a smoky smell which was not ideal. Plus, I could hear my neighbor's TV, which was distracting at times.

I had a good experience at Quality Inn. The check-in process felt smooth. Staff seemed really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the waffles. they were fresh and delicious. I loved the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in my room. The location was convenient, right near restaurants and shops. There were a couple of points that could use some work. The common areas could use more cleaning, as I noticed some dirt and odors lingering around. Also, parking was a bit of a hassle, with some non-handicap cars using the accessible spots. Despite these drawbacks, it was a comfortable stay overall.

Our group had an awesome trip! We explored the local museums and hiked some nearby trails. The stay was comfortable with a great breakfast selection—loved the waffles and fresh options. The pool was a nice bonus, and the rooms were clean with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave.
One downside was the lack of accessible parking spots. There were times when non-handicap vehicles occupied those areas, which made it a bit frustrating.
